Technology that fits the way your team actually works

Nine setups, each written around one job: a staffing desk, a placement cell, a classroom register, an engineering queue, a clinic’s WhatsApp, a voice product, an office, or the machines in Lucknow. Open one and read the whole page. The short version is the cards below.

Hiring team reviewing a candidate’s papers across a table

Recruitment & staffing

Run the first interview before a recruiter gets on a call

InterviewRoom sends the candidate a link. They speak for up to 25 minutes, the interviewer asks follow-ups, and the hiring team opens a transcript and a score. Audio is not stored. A person still decides who moves on.

Close the register without rebuilding it in a spreadsheet

WorkClave keeps attendance and session records for a class, a cohort, or a remote batch. Coordinators export them for payroll and compliance. If the campus wants a reader at the door, we install the biometric device and point it at the same record.

Software & IT teams

One queue for the Slack message, the Sentry error, and the GitHub issue

FlowTux turns those three into a tracked ticket. Tux AI closes the repeat questions. Everything else gets an owner. The price on the product page is $99 a month for up to 50 members, with no per-agent fee.

Customer support

Answer the questions you already answer every day

The assistant is trained on your services, prices, hours, location, and policies. It runs on your website and on WhatsApp. If it does not know, it says so and takes a name and number. It does not invent a price.

Attendance, the broken laptop, and the request that died in chat

WorkClave is the attendance record. FlowTux is the internal queue. IT AMC covers inspection and repair of laptops, desktops, and printers. If the desk needs a new machine, we spec it for the work and build it.

Campus hiring

One first round for the whole batch

Placement week is a few hundred students and one rubric. InterviewRoom sends each eligible student the same spoken screen, up to 25 minutes, and the cell reads a transcript and a score. Audio is not stored. The panel still decides.

Clinics and practices

Answer the reception questions. Refuse the clinical ones.

Patients write after hours to ask if the doctor is in, what the fee is, and where to come. An assistant trained on that list can answer. Questions about symptoms go to a person. The assistant does not give medical advice.

Voice and AI products

Stop rewriting the codec layer for every provider

HZRelay sits between your product and the providers that carry audio, tokens, and webhooks. Twilio’s mulaw, Deepgram’s PCM, and a speech engine’s audio become one session. It is in private preview.
