What does a computer AMC actually cover?

A Basic AMC covers preventive maintenance and remote software support. A Comprehensive AMC adds on-site repair labour and standard spare parts. Physical accidental damage (drops, liquid spills) is assessed separately and isn't covered by either plan by default.

Do you offer a free inspection before I sign up?

Yes. We inspect your devices on-site or you can drop them at our Lucknow office, and give you a written report of their condition before you commit to a plan.

Can I get AMC for a mix of laptops, desktops, and printers?

Yes, AMC plans cover any mix of laptops, desktops, and printers under one contract, billed per device.
