The clock, by failure
A 4-hour response is not a 4-hour repair. The matrix is what Comprehensive and Basic each owe you when something stops. Monthly thermal-paste rounds are not the default. The contract visit is quarterly. A larger office can ask for a tighter round, and that line is priced on the quote.

- How fast do you reach a Lucknow office?
- Comprehensive AMC: on-site within 4 business hours in Lucknow. Basic AMC: remote software help, with an on-site escalation the next business day. The 4-hour clock is the response, not a promise that a dead motherboard is repaired in that window.
- Does the contract cover printers as well as PCs?
- Yes. Laptops, desktops, and printers sit on one contract, billed per device. A diagnostic lab, a school lab, and a 40-seat office are the same shape of contract with a different device count.
- Are spare parts included?
- On Comprehensive, standard parts such as RAM, an SSD, a screen, and a keyboard are included. On Basic they are billed. Drops and liquid spills are assessed separately on both plans. A loaner for a single-PC office is offered on Comprehensive when one is free, not held as a standing spare for every seat.
- Do we have to sign before you look at the machines?
- No. The first visit is an inspection, on site or as a drop-off at our Lucknow office, and a written report. You can keep the report and not take a plan.
