Who was in, written down
WorkClave stores attendance for offices and remote sessions, with an export finance can reconcile. SSK Company is a published WorkClave customer on our homepage.
WorkClave is the attendance record. FlowTux is the internal queue. IT AMC covers inspection and repair of laptops, desktops, and printers. If the desk needs a new machine, we spec it for the work and build it.
Three ordinary failures eat an office. Nobody can say who was in. A laptop is down and the request died in a WhatsApp group between two sites. The machine that failed is old enough that nobody knows whether to repair it or replace it. Each of those is a different product. Buying all three on Monday is how none of them get used.

WorkClave is the attendance record, including remote sessions and a payroll export. FlowTux is the internal queue, including Slack, at $99 a month for up to 50 members. IT AMC is inspection and repair of laptops, desktops, and printers, with on-site response in Lucknow. Custom PCs are specced from the work, then built. You can start with the one that is actually leaking.
WorkClave stores who was present and can export the record for payroll. A reader at the door is optional. Fingerprint, face, or card. We survey power and the entry, enroll people on site, and devices can hold a log without internet. If a reader is already on the wall, send the model before anyone orders another. Standard log formats are supported. We confirm the model.
Remote sessions write a record too. The second office does not need its own invented sheet. SSK Company is the customer named on the Mecverse homepage, for attendance, leave, and workforce tracking on WorkClave. Zoho People, if you run it, can stay the HR file. WorkClave is the attendance layer, not a demand that you migrate employee master data.
“My laptop will not boot” typed into a group is not a ticket. FlowTux makes it one, with an owner and a status. Tux AI closes the repeat questions. The other site can file without you buying a seat for them, inside the 50-member price. Slack is the main intake. WhatsApp is on the integration surface when that is how the other office actually escalates.
This is internal work. Customers writing to the business about hours and prices belong on the customer support page, on the website and WhatsApp assistant, not in the staff queue.
AMC starts with an inspection, on site or at our Lucknow office, and a written report before you sign. Basic covers labour for preventive maintenance and unlimited remote software support. Parts are billed separately, and on-site hardware repair labour is not in Basic. Comprehensive adds on-site repair labour and standard spare parts, and a same-day response for critical failures. In Lucknow, comprehensive on-site response is within 4 business hours. Basic remote escalations are next business day. Accidental damage, drops and spills, is assessed separately. Plans are billed per device and can mix laptops, desktops, and printers.
A new machine is not an AMC. Custom PCs start from the software you run and the resolution, then the parts. The maintenance page and the custom PC page on this site go into each of those on their own. Use them when the office problem is hardware. Use WorkClave when the problem is the register.
These marks name products people in this work already use. They are not Mecverse customers and they are not endorsements.

FlowTux takes the Slack message, or the WhatsApp note from the other site, and keeps status on it. Tux AI closes the repeat ones.
AMC starts with an inspection of the laptops, desktops, and printers you have. Custom builds are specced from the software and the resolution you run, not from a shop catalogue.

No. For offices we also install biometric readers, run IT AMC, and build PCs. The software and the hardware are sold separately, and you can start with one.
SSK Company is quoted on the Mecverse homepage as a WorkClave customer, for attendance, leave, and workforce tracking. We do not publish a logo wall of companies we have not named.
