Small business customer support

Answer the questions you already answer every day

The assistant is trained on your services, prices, hours, location, and policies. It runs on your website and on WhatsApp. If it does not know, it says so and takes a name and number. It does not invent a price.

The questions are not mysterious. Hours, fee, location, whether the thing is available, what is included, what is not. They arrive on WhatsApp after the shop has shut, and again on the website form, and again as a comment under an Instagram post. Someone copies the same three lines in the morning, or the customer has already gone to the next business.

Headset and laptop on a support desk

We train an assistant on your services, prices, hours, location, and policies. It can sit on the website and on the WhatsApp Business API. If the answer was not in the material you gave us, it says so and takes a name and number. It does not invent a price. Complaints and refunds go to a person.

Write the twenty questions before you write a prompt

The useful training set is the list the front desk already knows by heart. Pull it out of the WhatsApp thread, not out of a brochure. Include the awkward ones: we do not do that service, the doctor is not in on Thursday, the price on the post was last season’s. An assistant that only knows the happy path will guess the rest, and a guessed price is a screenshot your customer keeps.

We test badly worded and out-of-scope questions before a customer does. The ones it misses get an answer or an explicit handoff. After launch, the weekly job is reading the handoffs and adding the question that was missing. That is the whole improvement loop. There is no separate “AI strategy” workstream.

WhatsApp is a different product from the phone app

The green app on a phone, including WhatsApp Business, is not the API. An assistant that replies as the business on WhatsApp needs the Business API, a Meta business account, a display name review, and verification. We do that setup. One-time setup, integration, and Meta verification is ₹15,000. CRM or website integration starts at ₹10,000. A monthly support retainer is ₹3,000. Those are our fees. Meta’s per-message charges and the BSP platform subscription are extra, and we write them down before you commit.

Replies inside the 24-hour customer service window are not charged by Meta. A template you send later, to start the conversation, can be. A bot that only answers people who wrote first stays cheaper than a bot that broadcasts. We are vendor neutral on the BSP. We are not reselling one platform’s subscription.

Support from us, on that retainer, is a two-hour response during business hours, Monday to Saturday, 09:30 to 19:00 IST.

What stays in Zoho, Zendesk, or HubSpot

If you already pay for Zoho Desk, Zendesk, or HubSpot, keep it. That is the history of the customer and the place a human works the complaint. The assistant is the first answer on the website and on WhatsApp, not a second CRM. Instagram is often just the page that sends the person into the chat. We do not need to replace it.

A clinic should read the clinics page before turning this on. The same assistant pattern applies to hours and fees. It must not advise on symptoms. A recruitment agency should not point it at candidate screening. That is InterviewRoom.

What changes

Built around the work, not the buzzwords

Clinics, shops, and service businesses whose customers write on WhatsApp

The 20 questions, written down

We start from the questions the front desk already answers: hours, fee, location, what is included, what is not. Those answers are the training set.

A handoff instead of a guess

Complaints, refunds, and anything not in the training set go to a person, with the customer’s name and number.

WhatsApp with the costs written down

Replies inside the 24-hour customer service window are not charged by Meta. Template messages you start later are. Setup and verification are a separate Mecverse service, with pricing on the WhatsApp page.

The solution

The pieces that make the workflow work

Website and WhatsApp

The same assistant can sit on the site and on the WhatsApp Business API.

Your facts only

Answers come from the material you gave us. The assistant is told to refuse what it was not given.

Meta verification

The API needs a Meta business account, a display name review, and verification. We do that work.

A person still owns the exception

The assistant collects the lead. Your team replies in the morning, or whenever you said you would.

How we put it to work

01

List the real questions

Services, prices, hours, location, policies, and the 20 to 30 questions customers actually send.

02

Test the odd ones

We ask badly worded and out-of-scope questions before a customer does. Wrong answers get corrected.

03

Put it on one channel

Website, WhatsApp, or both. Review the handoffs each week and add the questions that were missing.

Questions

Before you get started

Will it make up a price?

It is not supposed to. If the price is not in the material you gave us, it should say so and hand the chat to a person.

Do we need the WhatsApp Business API, or is the phone app enough?

The assistant on WhatsApp needs the Business API, which runs through a Meta business account. The normal WhatsApp Business app is a different product. We set up the API.

Can Zoho or Zendesk stay?

Yes. Those are the ticket history. This assistant is the first answer on the website and WhatsApp.
