Attendance installation
Live

The reader, the cable, and the first punch.

We install fingerprint, face, and card attendance machines in Lucknow, and we schedule Kanpur. The visit includes the survey, the mount, enrolment, and the sync into WorkClave.

What the visit actually does

This is the checklist for one door. A factory gate, a school staff entrance, a clinic, and a corporate lobby do not share a device count, so the survey decides the model. Hazratganj, Gomti Nagar, Alambagh, Transport Nagar, and Amausi are inside the Lucknow day. Kanpur is the next date on the sheet, not the same afternoon.

On-site installation checklist
StepWhat we check or leave behind
SurveyWhich door people actually use, how far the power point is, whether the network is LAN or a 4G fallback, and whether the face reader would stare into a bright window.
Mount and cableA bracket that holds the reader at face or hand height, conduit for the cable, and a power path that is not a loose adaptor on the floor.
EnrolmentFingerprint, face, or card, done on site with the person who will add the next joiner. Gloves, a bandaged finger, and a failed face read get a second method, not a queue.
WorkClaveThe log syncs into WorkClave. A network gap does not delete the punches that were already on the device.

A catalogue photo is not a door

Fingerprint is the cheaper enrol for a single-shift office with clean hands. Face is the better fit when the shift change is a crowd or people should not touch the reader. A card stays as the backup when a finger will not read. We name the model after we have seen the door.

Lucknow first

Same-city survey and a single site under 50 people usually completed on the booked day. Repair visits for a reader we installed stay on that clock.

Kanpur on a date

We will install in Kanpur. The quote names the day. We do not promise to be at a Kanpur gate the afternoon you call.

Enrolment on site

The admin who will add the next employee watches the first batch. A failed read gets a second method before the person is marked absent.

The log survives the outage

Punches sit on the reader when the network is down and sync to WorkClave when it returns. Long power cuts are a UPS line on the quote.

Questions from the sites we visit

Do you install the machine in Lucknow?
Yes. We survey the door, mount the reader, run the cable, enrol people on site, and connect the log to WorkClave. A single Lucknow site with under 50 people is usually finished the day the visit is booked.
Do you cover Kanpur as well?
Kanpur is a scheduled visit, not a same-day call-out. Tell us the site and the headcount and we put a date on the survey before anyone orders a second device.
What happens in a power cut?
We check the power point on the survey. Punches stay on the reader when the network drops and sync to WorkClave when it returns. If the site loses power for long stretches, the quote includes a UPS. We do not assume a battery life the chosen model has not stated.
Does it connect to WorkClave?
Yes. The device log is the attendance record in WorkClave, including late marks and a payroll export. If a reader is already on the wall, send the model first. We confirm it before selling another.

Send the headcount and the city

We reply within 2 business hours, Monday to Saturday, 09:30–19:00 IST. If a reader is already mounted, send the model before we quote a new one.
