Choosing a Device

The right device depends on headcount, shift pattern, and site conditions. We recommend one during the site survey, not before.

Fingerprint devices
Cost-effective, fast enrollment. Best for single-shift offices and factories with clean hands on the floor.
Face recognition devices
Touchless, faster throughput at entry points. Better fit for hygiene-sensitive sites or high headcount at shift change.
Card + biometric hybrid
RFID card backup for biometric failures (injuries, gloves), so attendance never blocks on a single method.

How Installation Works

1. Site survey
We check power points, network access, and entry/exit points to recommend device count and placement.
2. Installation & wiring
Devices are mounted, wired, and connected to your network or a standalone controller.
3. Enrollment
Every employee is enrolled on-site — fingerprint, face, or card, depending on the device.
4. WorkClave connection
Device logs are piped into WorkClave, so attendance data flows into reports without manual export.

Reporting via WorkClave

Every device feeds attendance records into WorkClave, our attendance and session analytics product, at ₹199 per user per month. That means:

  • Daily and monthly attendance registers, generated automatically.
  • Late arrival, early departure, and overtime tracking against your policy.
  • Payroll-ready exports (CSV) so HR isn't reconciling logs by hand.
  • Anomaly flags for duplicate punches, buddy-punching patterns, or offline gaps.
